About the role
The Human Resources Director is an executive leadership position responsible for defining and executing the people strategy, organizational transformation agenda, and culture across all business units and geographies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long‑term HR strategy aligned with business growth, transformation and expansion objectives.
- Lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, including organizational restructuring, acquisitions and strategic change.
- Design scalable organizational structures, job architecture, grading frameworks and career pathways.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and Emiratization strategy to meet regional expansion goals.
- Establish and manage total rewards, compensation, benefits and payroll governance.
- Champion culture, employee experience and engagement through surveys, action planning and leadership partnership.
