About the role

MiddleMan Dubai is building a dedicated Healthcare Talent Acquisition Platform to connect hospitals, healthcare groups and medical organisations with the talent they need. The Human Resources Executive – Healthcare Recruitment will play a pivotal role in shaping this platform, focusing on the recruitment of clinical, leadership and support staff across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for healthcare institutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for clinical, leadership and talent development positions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand workforce planning needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
• Support the growth of the platform by building relationships with hospitals and medical organisations.
• Ensure recruitment activities align with operational excellence and patient‑outcome goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare human resources or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, clinical recruitment, leadership hiring and talent development.
• Fluent in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑growing, strategic environment.
