Human Resources Generalist

About the role

RENECO is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its Centre Management Division in Abu Dhabi. The role supports HR activities across multiple countries, with a primary focus on Morocco, and involves frequent international missions to collaborate directly with local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for various locations.
• Participate in performance management, training plans, and employee development initiatives.
• Contribute to the annual salary review and budget preparation processes.
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and reporting of the HRIS system.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards, collect and analyse HR data for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws and internal regulations.
• Support internal and external HR audits and the implementation of HR policies.
• Provide HR support and coordination to RENECO’s centers across Morocco and other operating countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational, multicultural environments.
• Fluent in French and Arabic with a good command of English.
• Full understanding of Moroccan labor legislation.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and travel frequently on extended international missions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
