Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Pure Home Real Estate is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to lead daily HR operations, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, administration, and compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. The role requires a candidate with solid UAE real‑estate experience who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for agents, listing agents, administrative staff and other operational positions, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
• Handle employee records, contracts, onboarding, off‑boarding, attendance monitoring and preparation of HR letters and disciplinary documentation.
• Implement HR policies, address employee complaints, coordinate performance evaluations and support management with performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE, coordinate work permits, visas and Emirates ID validity, and support labour‑related dispute handling.
• Prepare monthly attendance and payroll reports, coordinate salary processing, deductions, overtime and maintain recruitment and HR performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience within the UAE real‑estate industry.
• Proven recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Experience in employee relations, HR administration and performance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Valid UAE residence visa; immediate availability preferred.
