About the role
Hikvision is looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern to join its team and gain hands-on experience across several facets of human resources. The internship suits students who are passionate about people, culture and creating great workplace experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Assist in onboarding new hires and organizing orientation sessions
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Work on HR policies, documentation and compliance
- Contribute to various HR strategic projects
Required profile
- Student pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team
Required skills
- Familiarity with MS Office
