Human Resources Intern – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

Airbus is looking for an analytical and detail‑oriented Human Resources Intern to support the Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) team. You will work on data‑driven HR tasks, helping to manage payroll‑related information and contribute to health, safety and wellness projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR spreadsheets and databases.
• Perform numerical analysis and data validation for payroll and benefits.
• Prepare letters and other HR administrative documents.
• Assist in planning and organizing health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
• Support ad‑hoc HR projects as needed.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Final‑year university student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Team player with a detail‑oriented, curious attitude.
• Internship duration of 6 months.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets (data analysis, formulas, spreadsheets).
• Knowledge of Google Apps Script is a plus.
