Human Resources Manager – F&B Operations

About the role

ForkaForka is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR for its fast‑growing Food & Beverage portfolio. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle while acting as the emotional anchor for frontline teams during new venue openings and operational turnarounds.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and mediator for BOH and FOH staff, handling grievances, conflicts, and cultural resistance with high empathy.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes: onboarding, visa processing, performance reviews, payroll data entry, leave and attendance tracking.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor regulations (MOHRE), occupational health standards, and internal policies.
• Maintain organized digital and physical employee records ready for audit at any time.
• Lead recruitment for corporate and high‑volume frontline roles, coordinating staffing plans to meet launch timelines.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover in the F&B sector.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Management experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to handle high‑stress situations, de‑escalate conflicts, and guide employees through change.
• Strong knowledge of full‑cycle HR operations and local labor laws.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to administrative detail.
