Human Resources Manager – Group Development & Consulting

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations for the Group’s Development and Consulting businesses, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day processes and alignment with corporate HR policies. This role partners closely with business leaders to support talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR service delivery for Development and Consulting units, ensuring compliance and high‑quality processes.
• Lead and coach the HR Associate in onboarding, visa processing, documentation, data management and employee support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, manage end‑to‑end recruitment, conduct salary benchmarking and negotiate offers.
• Drive workforce planning to match business forecasts and project demands.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and induction, covering documentation, system setup and cultural integration.
• Act as first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance in line with UAE Labour Law and escalating high‑risk issues to the Group HR Director.
• Support the rollout of the Group’s Performance Management Framework, guiding managers through objectives, reviews and development planning.
• Implement and monitor HR policies across both units, educate managers and staff, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Identify training needs, coordinate technical and soft‑skill programmes, and track participation in line with the Group Learning & Development framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations and talent acquisition within a multi‑business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach junior HR staff.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and ability to apply HR policies consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with business leaders and handling employee relations.
