Human Resources Manager (HR) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for an international consultancy specializing in landscape architecture, urban infrastructure and sustainable design. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will partner with senior leadership to shape people strategy, talent development and employee engagement across a portfolio of high‑profile built‑environment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily HR operations and workflow.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Develop, update and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Manage talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with department heads on talent planning, skills mapping and succession.
• Design and deliver employee retention, engagement and learning programs.
• Oversee performance management and support managers with performance issues.
• Advise on employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Analyze compensation trends and recommend competitive benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE, KSA and Philippines labour and pension laws and maintain accurate HR records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role.
• Broad experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, L&D and compensation & benefits.
• Strong knowledge of UAE, KSA and Philippines labour and pension regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies, processes and systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
