About the role

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to shape and execute forward‑looking HR initiatives that support our long‑term business goals. You will partner directly with senior leadership, drive talent acquisition excellence, and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Advise senior leaders on talent management, growth planning, and organizational design.
• Lead innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent across all functions.
• Create and manage employer branding programs to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes ensuring cultural and value fit.
• Design succession planning frameworks to build a robust leadership pipeline.
• Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion.
• Address employee concerns fairly and ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive improvement actions.
• Manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, pay equity, and internal policies.
• Develop HR policies that support business strategy.
• Design and deliver training and leadership development programs.
• Oversee performance management systems and provide improvement guidance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple domains.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
