Human Resources Manager

About the role

The building materials company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to be based in Dubai. You will lead the HR function, aligning policies and processes with the organisation's strategic objectives and ensuring a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and manage HR policies, processes and procedures in line with company goals.
• Track monthly HR KPIs (headcount, turnover, budget, performance indicators) and report concise metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to create an annual hiring plan that accounts for staff fluctuations.
• Lead recruitment and selection activities based on workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Design and execute an annual onboarding program for new sales and internal employees, including pedagogical content development.
• Monitor the 12‑month integration program for new joiners and ensure proper implementation.
• Conduct exit interviews, summarise findings and propose corrective actions to top management.
• Oversee probation reviews, annual performance evaluations, career progression and succession planning for key positions.
• Analyse employee turnover data, propose retention initiatives and drive engagement surveys.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, internal policies and best HR practices while maintaining up‑to‑date organisational charts and HR documentation.
