About the role

Rise Up Holding is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions for its fast‑growing real‑estate brokerage in Dubai. The role requires immediate availability and offers a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll and ensure full WPS compliance.
• Lead recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee onboarding, off‑boarding, visas, work permits, Emirates ID and medical insurance processes.
• Maintain employee records, contracts and HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Manage leave, attendance and end‑of‑service calculations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR queries.
• Support performance management and HR reporting.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience within a real‑estate brokerage in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll and WPS.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Experience recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Available to join immediately or at short notice.
