Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will serve as the primary HR partner for managers and employees, providing trusted advice and ensuring HR policies are applied consistently. You will translate regional business priorities into actionable HR initiatives and support a diverse, multinational workforce across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters, offering practical advice and escalating high‑risk cases.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent review, succession, career development, employee engagement and change initiatives.
• Coach managers on consistent application of HR policies, people practices and effective communication while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate local execution of regional or corporate HR initiatives, monitor adoption and provide structured feedback.
• Contribute to the design, documentation, governance and continuous improvement of HR frameworks, policies, tools and standards.
• Promote regional consistency while adapting to local law, market practice or business realities as needed.

Required profile

• Professional HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner role, with 5‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Broad practical experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance or talent management, and HR operations.
• Experience in a multinational, culturally diverse environment; Middle East & Africa exposure is desirable.
• Proven track record in HR process improvement, technology implementation, workflow automation, data analytics or digital change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field.
