Human Resources Manager

About the role

BAMX Developments is seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at its Dubai headquarters. The role will support a dynamic, multicultural organization while driving strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HR operations across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and foster a high‑performance, people‑focused culture.
• Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning and employee relations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour legislation and corporate governance.
• Advise senior leadership on succession planning, organisational development and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in a UAE real‑estate development company.
• Proven experience managing a multinational, multicultural workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (CIPD or equivalent certification is an advantage).
