About the role

Sexy Fish Dubai is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead its people agenda, ensuring an exceptional employee experience that fuels outstanding guest service. Reporting to the VP of Operations and Chief People Officer, you will manage the HR function on the restaurant floor.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a people‑first culture where talent feels valued, inspired and empowered.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR strategy.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to career progression.
• Coach managers to build high‑performing, engaged teams.
• Ensure HR policies and practices align with UAE employment legislation.
• Manage employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
• Mentor and develop the HR Executive, strengthening the HR function.

Required profile

• Proven HR management experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or premium restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and local HR practices.
• Experience supporting fast‑paced, multicultural teams.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for people and hospitality.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence to challenge, influence and drive results.
