Human Resources Manager

About the role

An experienced Human Resources Manager is sought to partner with business leaders and employees, provide strategic and operational HR support and contribute to regional HR initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. The role covers HR business partnering, employee relations, talent management, HR governance and digital transformation, with a focus on improving HR processes and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management and employees on HR matters, giving practical advice and guidance
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent development, succession planning and employee engagement
• Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations and best practices
• Contribute to developing and improving HR policies, frameworks, procedures and tools across the region
• Support HR projects and collaborate with regional teams to promote consistent HR practices
• Identify improvements to HR processes through technology, automation, data analytics and digital tools
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and management reports
• Support HR audits, compliance activities and policy reviews
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• 5-10 years of relevant HR experience, ideally with exposure to HR Business Partnering
• Broad experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development and HR operations
• Knowledge of HR systems, process improvement, automation and data analytics
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• High standards of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional teams across different locations
• Regional experience in the Middle East and Africa is an advantage
