Human Resources Manager

About the role

An experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager is sought to oversee all HR functions and support business growth. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent management and organizational development, preferably in the perfume, fashion, retail, FMCG, manufacturing or trading sectors. The position is based on site in Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding from start to finish
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives and workplace culture
• Handle HR policies, procedures and compliance with local labour regulations
• Manage performance management, appraisals and career development programmes
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management and employee records
• Support workforce planning and manpower requirements
• Advise management on HR matters and lead employee training and development
• Foster effective communication between management and employees

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role
• Experience managing HR functions for an organization of 200+ employees
• Knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and employee relations
• Experience in perfume, fashion, retail, FMCG, manufacturing or trading is highly preferred
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
