Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day office management and ensure a safe, efficient workplace in our Dubai office. The role combines employee expense handling, office administration, and accommodation coordination, and will work closely with vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process advance payment requests and manage travel‑related expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Oversee daily office operations, including ordering pantry supplies, stationery, and equipment, and maintaining inventory.
• Coordinate procurement activities, obtain vendor quotations, place purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Manage employee accommodation, handling reservations, extensions, check‑ins/outs, and payment coordination.
• Support office maintenance and address any facility‑related issues.
• Assist the line manager with additional ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or office management.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
