Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator provides generalist HR support at Skyways Technics’ Dubai headquarters. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, the role coordinates recruitment activities across multiple regions and assists with onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer, for UAE, Malaysia, Denmark and USA locations.
• Post vacancies on approved job boards, LinkedIn and internal channels, ensuring branding and accuracy.
• Screen applications, shortlist CVs, and schedule interviews across time zones.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and ATS with up‑to‑date candidate status and feedback.
• Coordinate candidate communications to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in collaboration with regional HR contacts.
• Manage pre‑onboarding tasks, documentation collection, background checks and IT access requests.
• Execute the Global Orientation and Onboarding Plan, tracking completion of onboarding steps.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS, prepare HR letters, and support probation reviews.
• Handle off‑boarding administration, including exit documentation and system de‑activation.
