Human Resources Service Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

As a Human Resources Service Coordinator at a leading hospitality property, you will support the HR team in delivering seamless HR services to staff, ensuring a positive experience for both employees and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR department, maintaining accurate employee files and HR databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation, inductions and system updates.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates and other HR correspondence.
• Assist with employee status changes such as transfers, promotions and separations.
• Manage medical insurance enrollment and deletions for team members.
• Maintain leave, attendance and personnel records and support payroll‑related administration.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards and monthly statistics on staffing, turnover and recruitment.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and team events.
• Oversee team‑member accommodation logistics, including inventory, room allocation, check‑in/check‑out and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws and Hilton standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively with HR managers, hotel departments and external suppliers.
