Human Resources Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on supporting HR operations within the automotive and car‑rental sector, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR administration, maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including visa and labour contract handling.
• Post job vacancies, screen candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Address employee queries on policies, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
• Maintain documentation compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Handle HR‑related communications and provide general office administrative support.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the automotive or car‑rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
