HVAC Service Supervisor – Immediate Hiring in Dubai

About the role

The leading HVAC company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to manage service operations and client interactions for premium AMC projects. The role requires immediate availability and residence in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 HVAC technicians, handling daily tasks, breakdown calls and AMC visits.
• Provide technical guidance on chilled water systems, FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF, chillers, ducting and troubleshoot issues both remotely and on‑site.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work before client sign‑off and train junior technicians.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for clients, explaining faults and work performed in fluent English.
• Schedule daily service calls, dispatch technicians, maintain service records and update Odoo/ERP systems.
• Coordinate spare parts with procurement and ensure HSE and quality compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Supervisor or Service Coordinator in the UAE.
• Must currently reside in Dubai and have a valid UAE driving licence (own car preferred).
• Experience managing at least 5 technicians and strong chilled‑water system knowledge.
• Fluent English communication skills for client interaction.
