HVAC Technician – Dubai Investment Park

About the role

The HVAC Technician will ensure the comfort and safety of guests and staff at Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park by maintaining all heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, refrigeration and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges and meters.
• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring and pipe assemblies, fittings and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies, reporting hazards and completing required training.
• Provide courteous guest service and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• Valid HVAC certification.
