HVAC Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems across commercial, residential and industrial facilities in the UAE. The role demands strong technical knowledge, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to work on‑site at various project locations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect and service HVAC equipment including ductwork, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs) and exhaust systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC assets.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot control systems and replace defective components to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain indoor air quality and ventilation in compliance with safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Document service activities, maintenance reports and inspection records accurately.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and other trades during project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants and control technologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
• Physically fit and willing to work at heights and on‑site locations.
• Civil Defence‑approved HVAC Technician is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of integrated systems such as BMS, fire‑safety and ventilation is desirable.
• Valid safety training certifications (e.g., Electrical Safety, Work at Heights).
