HVAC Technician

About the role

Khansaheb Facilities Management is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to maintain, repair and supervise the operation of HVAC systems so they run safely and efficiently and provide a comfortable environment for building occupants. The role also includes overseeing junior technicians and monitoring system functions such as temperature and air quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service HVAC systems and components
• Supervise junior technicians and oversee maintenance activities
• Perform timely repairs on HVAC equipment as required
• Monitor system performance, including temperature and air quality checks
• Develop and implement HVAC usage schedules based on operational needs

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems, including FAHU, AHU, FCU, split AC, ducted split and package units
• At least 2 years of experience in the GCC region, or 5 years in HVAC systems within facilities management or maintenance
• ITI certification in a relevant field preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Strong knowledge of HVAC system components, operation and preventive maintenance
• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
