HVAC Technician - VRF Systems

About the role

NBT HVAC Solutions provides refrigeration, air conditioning, central ventilation and water treatment and purification equipment for commercial and industrial projects. It is hiring an HVAC technician with VRF experience to work full time on site in Dubai, covering installation, commissioning and maintenance of VRF and other HVAC systems.

Key responsibilities

• Daily diagnosis and repair of system issues, and routine and preventive maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure proper operation of the equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Support HVAC project execution and assist with testing and balancing system performance.

Required profile

• Previous hands-on experience installing, commissioning and servicing VRF systems (at least 1 year).
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and manufacturer manuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work safely and collaboratively with diverse teams on site.

Required skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and VRF systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.
• Familiarity with basic tools, testing instruments and HVAC diagnostic equipment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
