IB Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

Trade WCC is looking for an experienced Introducing Broker (IB) Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its IB network across the Forex and CFD brokerage space. The role combines sales, partnership management and strategic development to increase trading volume and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage Introducing Brokers within the Forex/CFD ecosystem.
• Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies to boost trading volume.
• Maintain strong relationships with active IBs, providing ongoing support, training and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor IB performance, trading volume and commission structures, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure smooth IB operations.
• Deliver market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy.
• Ensure all IB activities comply with regulatory and internal requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.
• Proven track record in IB management, broker sales or partnership development.
• Existing IB network or strong industry connections (highly preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
