ICQA Supervisor – Fulfillment Center Operations

About the role

As an ICQA Supervisor you will lead day‑to‑day operations in an inbound or outbound fulfillment centre, ensuring safety, quality and performance standards are met while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fulfillment centre activities, maintaining accountability for safety, quality, performance and employee experience.
• Identify training needs, manage attendance, coach team members and promote a culture of productivity and collaboration.
• Track production metrics, analyse data and develop continuous‑improvement strategies, reporting results to management.
• Partner with HR, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources and support operational projects.
• Conduct safety briefings, review timecards for accuracy and share best practices across shifts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Relevant experience in an industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred).
