Identity & Access Management Specialist

About the role

Core42, a provider of AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is hiring a hands-on Identity & Access Management specialist in Abu Dhabi. The role covers identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access, authentication, application onboarding and IAM automation, working across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ and BeyondTrust PAM/EPM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle (onboarding, mover, offboarding, account changes, extensions) and access provisioning
• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ operations, access reviews and certifications, and entitlement management
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, BeyondTrust PAM/EPM, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and privileged access
• Support application onboarding via SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP and APIs
• Automate manual provisioning, deprovisioning, validation and reporting using SailPoint, Entra ID, PowerShell, Power Automate and ServiceNow
• Take part in identity migrations, platform enhancements and security-control improvements, and keep IAM records ready for audit
• Work with HR, security, infrastructure, application owners and the service desk, and share knowledge with junior team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, privileged access and enterprise identity/security operations
• Experience writing IAM SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation

Required skills

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory, including SSO, MFA and Conditional Access
• SailPoint IdentityIQ and Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM)
• SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM and LDAP
• Preferred: BeyondTrust PAM, PowerShell, REST API, Power Automate, ServiceNow, enterprise application onboarding and IAM certifications
