Immigration Advisor – High‑Value Client Sales

About the role

Globevisa, the world’s largest immigration agency, is seeking an Immigration Advisor to join its Dubai office. You will work with high net‑worth clients, providing tailored immigration solutions and driving revenue through consultative sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth consultation sessions with affluent clients to understand their immigration goals, financial background and long‑term plans.
• Design and present customized immigration proposals aligned with personal, family and business objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, handling objections and ensuring timely conversion.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through consistent communication and high‑quality advisory services.
• Collaborate with internal case processing, legal and operations teams to ensure smooth handover after closing.
• Keep accurate client records, sales progress and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Stay current on global immigration programs, policy changes and market trends to provide compliant, strategic guidance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree holder with at least 1 year of high‑value, consultative sales experience (immigration, financial services, wealth management, insurance, real estate or luxury services).
• Proven sales champion record – ranked top 1‑3 in team, top 10‑20% company‑wide, or recipient of official sales awards.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) with the ability to conduct independent client consultations in both languages.
• Strong closing ability and a track record of converting high‑intent leads into signed clients.
