Implementation Specialist - Network & Security

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist – Network & Security to join our technology team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves hands‑on design, implementation and troubleshooting of complex enterprise networking and security solutions, primarily using Cisco technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement enterprise network and security solutions across campus, data‑centre and WAN environments.
• Lead implementations from design through deployment and handover.
• Design and deploy Cisco ACI, SD‑Access, SD‑WAN and DNA Assurance solutions.
• Deploy and manage Cisco technologies including Catalyst, Nexus, FTD, ISE and Umbrella/SASE.
• Implement security solutions such as firewalls, VPN, IPS, NAC, proxy, WAF and secure remote access.
• Configure and support multi‑vendor security platforms, especially Fortinet, Palo Alto and Check Point.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation, including high‑level and low‑level designs.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate directly with customers, project teams and technical stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE or NSE certification.
• 5+ years of experience in network and security implementation.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Cisco enterprise networking.
• Deep knowledge of routing and networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus and ACI.
• Extensive Cisco security experience, ideally with FTD, ISE and Umbrella/SASE.
• Practical implementation experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto or Check Point.
• Experience with Cisco SD‑Access, SD‑WAN and DNA Assurance.
• Understanding of public‑cloud networking and cloud‑native security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
