About the role

Key responsibilities
- Carrying out all air export or import administration operational tasks in an efficient manner.
- Handling customer order requests efficiently and setting up details on computer system.
- Completing all types of customs paperwork for both import and export shipments.
- Working closely with the Warehouse and Transport Departments to co‑ordinate the despatch of orders.
- Ensuring financial processes are followed and raising client invoices prior to despatch.
- Pro‑actively promoting and demonstrating an excellent customer service at all times.
