In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress

About the role

As an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage experiences directly to guest rooms while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring orders are delivered accurately, amenities are presented impeccably, and guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled with warmth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms with professionalism and attention to detail
• Prepare and set up trays and trolleys according to Rosewood service standards
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented impeccably before delivery
• Maintain mise en place and operational readiness of the In Room Dining area
• Collect used trays, trolleys, and equipment while ensuring inventory is properly accounted for
• Communicate guest feedback and service opportunities to supervisors to enhance the guest experience

Required profile

• Experience in Food & Beverage service within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Passionate about delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation and service quality
• Organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Works well independently while remaining a collaborative team player
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
