About the role
Aldar Education is looking for an enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher to join Rabdan Charter School for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The role focuses on delivering an inclusive American‑curriculum experience that supports the full ability range of students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff, and external specialists such as speech‑language therapists and educational psychologists.
- Maintain accurate assessment records using the Target Tracker system and use data to inform future planning.
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing feedback on student progress.
- Implement the school’s behaviour policy and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Required profile
- Alignment with Aldar Education’s core values and an appreciation of regional cultural values.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
- Reflective practitioner who continuously evaluates and adapts teaching practice.
