Homeroom Teacher – Full-time On-site Position

About the role

Al Dhafra Private School in Al Ain is seeking dedicated Homeroom Teachers to join its full‑time on‑site teaching team. In this role you will create a supportive classroom environment that promotes both academic achievement and personal growth for students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Build positive relationships with students and support their academic and personal development.
• Coordinate classroom activities, assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop a productive and innovative learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching licence or certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar teaching role is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to professional development and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
