Income Auditor Cum Cost Controller

About the role

The Income Auditor Cum Cost Controller will ensure accurate daily revenue reporting and drive cost‑efficiency initiatives across the hotel. You will work closely with department heads to reconcile financial data, support budgeting, and maintain compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile daily revenue transactions from all departments (rooms, F&B, spa) and prepare daily revenue reports.
• Review POS and PMS reports, ensuring cash, credit‑card and bank deposits match system records.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost‑reduction opportunities and develop cost‑control strategies.
• Monitor expenses against budgets, report variances, and perform cost‑benefit analyses for projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate income and expense records, assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Collaborate with department managers to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
• 1‑2 years of auditing or accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Familiarity with hotel revenue processes, UAE financial regulations and accounting standards is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in financial software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
