Indirect Procurement Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Indirect Procurement Sourcing Specialist will support a leading retail organization in driving cost‑saving initiatives and managing the end‑to‑end sourcing process for indirect categories. This six‑month contract position starts immediately and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather sourcing requirements and align them with cost‑optimization goals.
• Support category‑lead initiatives to identify and capture cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide strategic market insights and act as a conduit for procurement activities.
• Coordinate negotiations, contract development, implementation, and supplier compliance.
• Develop, implement and report meaningful KPIs to demonstrate performance.
• Lead supplier and stakeholder engagement through awareness programs.
• Adhere to procurement processes, resolve issues, and apply appropriate solutions.
• Manage complex sourcing, contracting and supply‑management activities using RFx methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a senior procurement role and at least 6 years total procurement experience.
• Experience in large indirect and direct procurement environments, especially with marketing and digital‑marketing services.
• Proven ability to manage RFX processes and deliver results for category managers.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior and C‑suite executives.
• Excellent business development and relationship‑management capabilities.
