Indonesian FX Conversion Sales Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an Indonesian‑speaking FX Conversion Sales Agent to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on promoting our foreign‑exchange products and converting high‑quality leads into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s FX products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build rapport, establish trust and handle objections to convert leads into customers.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring high‑level service at all times.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Indonesian (oral and written).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven phone‑based sales experience in the FX industry.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and persuasive communication style.
• Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets.
