About the role

Arc Management Consulting is a leading influencer marketing agency serving global brands, government entities, and top creators across the UAE and international markets. As an Influencer Marketing Executive you will be at the forefront of campaign execution, handling influencer communications, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring each campaign runs on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Manage day‑to‑day influencer outreach, coordination and follow‑ups.
• Track deliverables, timelines and approvals to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Collaborate with creators, managers and internal teams to set clear expectations.
• Assist with reporting, performance tracking and post‑campaign summaries.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, content deliverables and approvals.
• Identify potential issues early and escalate when necessary.
• Stay updated on platform trends, creator best practices and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of agency experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creator workflows.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear, professional communication with creators and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
