About the role
Safna IT Services is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Information Technology Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The role focuses on network administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring robust network security while delivering high‑quality technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain corporate network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Implement and monitor network security measures and protocols.
- Provide timely technical support to internal and external users.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain user satisfaction.
Required profile
