About the role
Join Sofitel Dubai The Palm’s room‑service team to deliver high‑quality food and beverage service directly to guests’ rooms. You will ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service while upholding the hotel’s standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in person.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
- Set up and clear dining areas in rooms, maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
- Restock room‑service items and maintain equipment.
Required profile
- Prior experience in food service, preferably room service.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary requirements.
- Organizational and time‑management abilities.
