In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the In‑Room Dining team at One&Only The Palm in Dubai. You will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in their rooms, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present a professional image.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Prepare and deliver orders within the resort’s service standards and timeframes.
• Maintain proper mise‑en‑place and ensure all service stations are stocked.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate deliveries.
• Support special events and private dining requests.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards throughout the shift.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of hospitality.
