Inside Sales Executive

About the role

Bayut and Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, are looking for a Sales Executive - Inside Sales. This is a telephonic sales role focused on closing deals rather than visiting clients in person, building and maintaining large client portfolios and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales
• Prospect customers from cold, warm and hot leads
• Qualify prospects against product, service and company requirements
• Discuss business challenges and propose suitable packages
• Draft and send proposals by email with proper business etiquette
• Record prospect details in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Give weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and feedback to sales management on improving the sales cycle, sales performance and company reputation
• Represent the company professionally and with integrity

Required profile

• High school or secondary school education
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to make a high number of daily calls and close deals daily
• Strong negotiation skills and aggressive follow-up to meet deadlines
• Bilingual is a plus

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk
• CRM experience; Salesforce is a plus
• Persuasive communication and tactful objection handling
