Inspections Manager – Third Party Inspections

About the role

The Operations Manager – Third‑Party Inspection (TPI) leads the planning, resourcing and delivery of inspection services for on‑shore and off‑shore oil & gas projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the unit’s operational activities, monitor financial performance and allocate resources across source and site inspections.
• Develop revenue by coordinating commercial and technical proposals and identifying new business opportunities.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients such as ADNOC, subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Oversee a wide range of TPI activities including NDT, pressure, mechanical, electrical, lifting, technical assistance and auditing.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor multiple concurrent inspection projects, track KPIs, schedules and deliverables.
• Mobilise and manage inspectors, ensuring qualifications, certifications and client approvals are in place.
• Maintain accurate project and resource trackers and produce regular progress reports for management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, third‑party inspection operations, oil & gas, EPC or vendor inspection activities.
• Proven team‑management experience and ability to handle complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
