Instant Service Agent – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

The Instant Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, a luxury beachfront property. You will ensure a seamless, personalized experience from arrival through departure, helping guests feel at home in a stunning resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, adhering to brand standards.
• Handle incoming calls, wake‑up calls, and guest inquiries across three rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, events, and current conditions.
• Take ownership of guest requests, communicate any delays, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Protect guest privacy by safeguarding personal information.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, managers, and other departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Required profile
