Institutional Sales – Institutional OTC Execution

About the role

BitOasis is looking for a highly driven Institutional OTC Sales Professional to generate front‑line revenue and originate new business. You will act as the primary conduit between institutional clients and the internal trading desk, facilitating large‑ticket digital‑asset transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, build a pipeline and close new institutional clients for off‑order‑book crypto and stablecoin trades.
• Leverage existing institutional networks to drive immediate trading volume to the OTC desk.
• Manage the RFQ lifecycle, ensure competitive pricing and seamless execution of large block trades.
• Guide clients through KYB and AML onboarding to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Maintain and expand relationships by understanding clients' liquidity, trading and settlement needs.
• Provide market colour, liquidity insights and execution strategies to support client decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of institutional sales, OTC trading or brokerage experience, with at least 2 years selling crypto OTC services.
• Established, transferable book of institutional crypto market participants ready to execute.
• Proven track record of outbound origination, net‑new client acquisition and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and closing skills in complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain complex execution mechanics clearly.
