Instock Manager – Global Purchasing (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role
The International Expansions team is launching new Amazon marketplaces worldwide. As an Instock Manager you will own the end‑to‑end import supply chain, ensuring products move from manufacturers to Amazon Fulfillment Centers while optimizing inventory health and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage availability and inventory health, improving in‑stock rates, vendor lead times, fill rates, and forecast accuracy for imported selections.
- Develop data‑driven solutions to complex supply‑chain challenges.
- Create and run buying and forecasting scenarios to enhance purchasing decisions.
- Drive automation programs for imports and act as an internal consultant to vendors on forecasting, buying, and operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders of partnered vendors to grow the joint import business.
Required profile
- 5+ years of supply‑chain, inventory management or project‑management experience.
- 5+ years of advanced Excel experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and ability to travel internationally.
- Experience managing multinational‑company business relationships.
