Instructional Designer - Learning Experience

About the role

Property Finder is looking for an Instructional Designer in Dubai to design engaging, practical and impactful learning experiences that help employees build the knowledge, skills and capabilities they need to succeed. You will work closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to turn complex information into clear, accessible and engaging content, using instructional design principles, learning technologies and the company's Learning Management System (LMS).

Key responsibilities

• Design learning experiences that support knowledge retention and practical application, with clear learning objectives and assessments.
• Create videos, audio, simulations, role plays, games, interactive activities, visual materials and digital courses.
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather, structure and validate content, write scripts and create storyboards and instructional graphics.
• Maintain content in the LMS and use course authoring tools; apply basic HTML where needed.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, prioritise content according to business needs and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education or a related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience designing learning content and working with LMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design methodologies.

Required skills

• Course authoring tools and storyboard creation.
• Audio and video scriptwriting.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Basic HTML.
