Insurance Lawyer – Associate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced associate to join a leading insurance team in Dubai. The role involves advising insurers, reinsurers and corporate clients on a wide range of contentious and advisory insurance matters across the Middle East and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on insurance and reinsurance disputes from inception to resolution.
• Draft legal advice, pleadings, witness statements and settlement documentation.
• Support partners on complex, cross‑border matters.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships.
• Manage multiple deadlines and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in insurance law.
• Strong academic background.
• Technically excellent with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to engage in business development.
