Integration Manager – EEMEA

About the role

We are looking for an Integration Manager to join Mastercard’s Ethoca EEMEA Product Integration team. The role will support customers across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, guiding them through the end‑to‑end onboarding of Mastercard and Ethoca solutions. You will work directly with technically sophisticated, demanding customers and ensure a seamless experience with Mastercard’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding and post‑go‑live phases.
• Lead integration projects from kickoff through configuration, testing and launch, maintaining detailed integration plans and risk registers.
• Provide frequent technical guidance, status updates and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with Sales to deliver pre‑sales technical support, including solution design, feasibility assessments and translating customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to unblock issues, manage expectations and keep projects moving forward.

Required profile

• Pragmatic and proactive professional comfortable owning complex integrations.
• Experience implementing or supporting API‑ or SFTP‑based integrations, preferably in fintech, payments or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent execution discipline: planning, risk tracking, dependency management and follow‑through.
• You thrive in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously.
